1. About orders
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed due to customer reasons.
However, if you have made an incorrect order, we may be able to accommodate if you contact us by 3:00 PM on the day of your order . After 3:00 PM, we may be preparing your order for shipping, so please contact us individually.
Yes, we accept returns for customer reasons (different image, wrong size, etc.) within 7 days of receiving the product. We accept returns so that customers who want to see the actual product before making a purchase can feel at ease.
However, please note that the following conditions apply:

ใปIf you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. ใปThe product is unused and all tags, protective films, and accessories (box, warranty card, etc.) are included. ใปThe product is free of scratches, stains, odors, etc.
[When we cannot accept returns]
ใปIf the tag or protective film has been removed or lost ใปIf the product has been used even once ใปIf the product has scratches, dirt or damage caused by the customer's negligence (including packaging and accessories)
ใปIf the product has obvious signs of use, such as the smell of perfume or tobacco, or the presence of cosmetics. ใปIf more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived. ใปSale items, outlet items, and other items that are clearly marked as ineligible for return.
*If there is a defect in the product, please contact us by email or phone within 5 days of receiving the product .
If you do not receive the automatically sent email, please check your spam folder and make sure your email address is correct . If you still cannot find it, please contact us using the inquiry form.
We apologize, but we are currently unable to accept orders or ship from outside of Japan .
A "pre-order" is an order where an item that is not currently in stock in Japan is ordered from the country of origin . The estimated arrival date is indicated on the product page.
2. Payment

Sorry, we currently do not offer installment or deferred payment options .
3. Delivery and shipping fees
For in-stock items, orders placed and payments made by 12:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be shipped within 2-3 days .
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
*Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area.
*Due to weather, traffic conditions, New Year's holidays, summer holidays, or other temporary closures, it may take longer than usual.
*Pre-order items usually take approximately 2 to 3 months to ship.
Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express . We will try to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates and times as much as possible, so if you would like to specify a delivery date and time before the product is shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form after placing your order.
We offer free shipping nationwide .
4. About products and gifts
If you would like to see the actual product, we will guide you to your nearest authorized dealer.
Even if there is no authorized dealer near you, we may be able to introduce you to other stores with which we have a business relationship, so please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form.
*Please note that online coupons issued by us (such as Welcome Coupons) cannot be used at other stores with which we have a business relationship.
Yes, we offer free gift wrapping.
If you would like gift wrapping, please add "Free Gift Wrapping" to your cart.
*The gift wrapping specifications (wrapping paper, ribbon, etc.) will be selected by our store to suit the product size.
*Please note that we do not offer a message card service. If you require one, please prepare it yourself.
5. Repairs and after-sales service
Yes, we can. If you send your watch to us, we will repair and maintain it . To ensure a smooth process, please contact us in advance using the inquiry form.
Our watches are usually covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty .
For some brands, you can extend the warranty by an additional year by registering .
