1. About orders
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been placed due to customer reasons.
However, if you have made an incorrect order, we may be able to accommodate if you contact us by 3:00 PM on the day of your order . After 3:00 PM, we may be preparing your order for shipping, so please contact us individually.
Yes, we accept returns for customer reasons (such as a different image or size than expected) within 7 days of product arrival. We offer returns so that even those who "want to decide after seeing the real thing" can purchase with peace of mind.

If you do not receive the automatically sent email, please check your spam folder and make sure your email address is correct . If you still cannot find it, please contact us using the inquiry form.
We apologize, but we are currently unable to accept orders or ship from outside of Japan .
A "pre-order" is an order where an item that is not currently in stock in Japan is ordered from the country of origin . The estimated arrival date is indicated on the product page.
2. Payment
The following payment methods are available:

Sorry, we currently do not offer installment or deferred payment options .
3. Delivery and shipping fees
For in-stock items, orders placed and payments made by 12:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be shipped within 2-3 days .
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
*Delivery times vary depending on the delivery area.
*Due to weather, traffic conditions, New Year's holidays, summer holidays, or other temporary closures, it may take longer than usual.
*Pre-order items usually take approximately 2 to 3 months to ship.
Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express . We will try to accommodate requests for specific delivery dates and times as much as possible, so if you would like to specify a delivery date and time before the product is shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form after placing your order.
We offer free shipping nationwide .
4. About products and gifts
If you would like to see the actual product, we can guide you to your nearest authorized dealer.
Even if there is no authorized dealer near you, we may be able to introduce you to other stores with which we have a business relationship, so please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form.
*Please note that online coupons issued by us (such as Welcome Coupons) cannot be used at other stores with which we have a business relationship.
Yes, we offer free gift wrapping.
If you would like gift wrapping, please add "Gift Wrapping (Free)" to your cart.
*The specifications for wrapping (wrapping paper, ribbon, etc.) will be determined by our store according to the product size.
*Please note that we do not offer a message card service. If you require one, please prepare it yourself.
5. Repairs and after-sales service
Yes, we can. If you send your watch to us, we will repair and maintain it . To ensure a smooth process, please contact us in advance using the inquiry form.
Watches purchased from our store come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty.
For some brands, it is possible to extend the warranty by an additional year through special registration.
