DENNISON
Regarding Warranty and Repairs
All DENNISON timepieces are manufactured to high standards of precision and quality.
As a testament to its commitment to quality, DENNISON offers a two-year international limited warranty from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, this warranty covers material and manufacturing defects in the movement, hands, and dial under normal use conditions.
If a defect covered by the warranty is found, DENNISON will repair it free of charge or, if repair is not possible, replace it with an equivalent item, at DENNISON's discretion.
If a replacement is provided, that watch will be covered by a new 24-month warranty from the date of replacement.
The following are not covered by this warranty:
- Consumables and exterior parts
(e.g., batteries, cases, crystals, straps, bracelets, buckles, crowns, stems) - Wear and tear from normal use, aging, or cosmetic changes
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, lack of care, accidents, or impacts
- Water submersion or ingress in models not explicitly rated for water resistance, or due to use beyond specified limits
- Repair, modification, or disassembly by a third party not authorized by DENNISON
- Damage or loss due to theft, loss, accident, natural disaster, or force majeure
If the warranty period has expired, or for issues not covered by the warranty, DENNISON may offer fee-based repair services.
Repair costs will be determined by our service team and will include return shipping and handling fees.
